- Concierge nursing performs personalized services by limiting our patient base to a small number and pay a fee for service for each visit. No insurance, private pay only. We provide nursing care for minor diagnosis, post surgery and overall care.
24/7 Triage Nurse Line
- Trained registered nurses to provide telephonic triage for clients whether at home, at facilities and at work. We triage calls for patient care during the week, on the weekends and on holidays.
Rapid Call Response Time
- Call response time: Emergency Calls within 10-15 minutes return call time and non-emergency calls within 15-30 minutes.
Follow-ups within 24 hours
- Follow up with clients within 24 hours
- Follow up to homes, hospital and facilities
- Follow up protocols for employers on injuries and accidents
- Follow up reports within 24 hours
